Note: You must email us immediately after you place your order and choose up to 3 initials to be hot stamped on your chips. To email us, go to your account on Amazon and find your order, and click on the link to contact us. Your order confirmation email will also have our email address in it. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, then we will try to reach you via phone or email to complete your order. Customization is limited to up to 3 initials only on one side of the chips. This set includes 500 11.5 gram chips, a sturdy aluminum chip case, 5 dice, and 2 decks of playing cards (cards may or may not be cacnelled casino card.) Your initials will be hot stamped on the chips using gold foil within a few days after receipt of your order and initials. We typically ship all custom initial sets within 2-5 business days after order is received. Play poker in style with these custom printed chips. Item was purchased for a family member who plays once a month with “the girls” and she was so pleased! When she opened it up she was so excited she didn’t even see her initials, so when she finally calmed down enough to see them – her first reaction was to say that she would be hosting the January through March of Poker Nights! Very pleased.
