This product was a little unexpected as far as the finish. These cards shuffle unbelievably well. I put one of the extra cards through a stress test, and it exceeded my expectations. Waterproof, don’t bend, crease, or bend at all on the edges. Also, when holding them they curve, but don’t stay that way. It took quite a bit to actually make a crease in one. Far beyond normal card use. However, this is kind of hard to explain, but they are kind of slippery I guess. Not like wet slippery, but almost like new paper card slippery. I haven’t used them a lot yet, so that may go away with time. Overall, a very good buy for any card players that want to never have to buy another deck of cards in their life.

I bought these cards for my brother-in-law. They came quickly with no problems in time for Christmas and I thought they were really nice. They’re the ones he asked for and I loved the gold color. He loves them and uses them in his poker games.

I used these cards at a local card game. I immediately went home and purchased a pair. They are so smooth and easy to shuffle and deal. Great cards. In 10 years when these become unusable, i’m definitely buying more.

I have other cards which are 100% plastic but these are my favorite so far. They are very thin and easy to shuffle, but they are still very strong and easy to clean. I would recommend them for anyone that likes to drink while playing cards, or plays cards out doors.

Best cards I have ever bought or played with. Saw them on TV’s Hows It’s Made

Someone brought a desk of these cards to our league and they were an instant hit, so I purchased 6 more decks for our games. One side note, if you have never used plastic cards before they feel a little different than paper cards, and they are slick, so be cautious when you first start shuffling them!

These cards are the greatest cards in the world. They shuffle great, deal better and last forever!

Wicked slick on a hard surface… you’ll deal them right off the table if you aren’t careful and/or the player isn’t ready – and maybe drop cards when shuffling as well. Actually feel lighter than standard Bicycle cards. Won’t dog-ear easily and you can dunk them in beer without harming them – very important for at our game.

I’ve only had paper cards prior to this, so I really like these. I can’t compare them with their competitors’ cards, but FWIW these cards are great. I was willing to pay the premium cost (compared to paper cards) because I was hoping these would last my lifetime. Assuming my kids like games as much as I do, I can imagine these being used by them after I’m gone–the quality is that good.

These cards are nearly casino quality plastic cards. They don’t bend, crease or lose their shape in any way. Shuffle after shuffle (and I bridge my shuffles) the cards remain flat and smooth. Very slippery. Excellent for sliding across a poker table when dealing.

Great set of cards. Very high quality and reasonably priced. Even after several games, they still look brand new.

As a casino dealer I have found Copag to be the best cards on the market. Much easier to deal than Kem. I’ve been a poker dealer-casino dealer for 15yrs. so take it from me Copag is the best you can buy.

We used to use Kem’s in my club, but have switched to Copags, and I can tell you these are so much better. They glide well on both sides (we had issue’s with Kem’s not gliding depending on the color and the side). You can wash them (the Kem’s ink would wear after a while). They are harder to mark (trying to dig your nail into the corner will make it pretty obvious). They stay flat and fresh, even after a year and a half of pretty heavy use. So, you are paying abour 6 times what you would pay for a set of Bicycle’s, but they will outlast them 100 times over. I have not tried some of the newer acetate cards, but I have no need to. The box is great and stays closed…..you just can’t get a better value either. You will save a lot in the long run. Lastly, these feel much better than the Kem’s. I’m glad we switched (Kem quality had dropped a lot since they were bought out, and they became a huge waste of money for us, and after getting ripped by the company for 4 decks, we switched). Stick with Copag, you will be happy. It does take a little getting used to at first, because they are pretty slick, but once you use them you will not want to use anything else.

I purchased these cards and I’m very happy with them. Stylish, easy to shuffle, bend easily without damaging the cards at all. I’d recommend to anyone looking to step up from a deck of paper bicycle cards.

Copag cards are worth the price because of their longivity, quality, and ability to clean them (with a damp rag, don’t throw them in the dish washer).
I would recommend going with the Blue and Red setup. I got the Black and Gold because I wanted something new and different. The black looks more like a dark blue and the gold is closer to a weird lime green color.

This is a plastic set of cards, so it will last long, it can be washed and with a touch of baby powder, it should be perfect for years to come. The only drawback, but not one that would warrant a lessor rating, is that the cards are almost too slippery. I have to get use to plastic cards again. It’s also a bargain price for such a superb deck.

Needed a new set of cards for an important guy function, throwing a card game for my future Father in law and his friends.
Everyone loved my good taste in the quality of the cards for this event and commented what a fine addition I will be to his family.
A guy, who in the eyes of his future father in law, who has good taste in cards and women, is a good thing. Who thought that a set of cards could have that kind of power. two thumbs up.

I’ve been playing cards for many years and decided to switch from Bicycles and Bees to cellulose acetate plastic; ie: KEM and COPAG. I purchased one set each of KEM arrows and COPAGs; both are poker (regular) size. I received the cards a few weeks ago and have had some time to play with my poker group and gauge opinions. Interestingly, our group voted 50/50 KEM vs COPAG. What I can offer is specific differences between the cards which you may find helpful. I’ve also included the specs of a Bicycle deck for comparison.
KEM
.014″ card thickness
.700″ deck thickness, w/o jokers
2.5″W x 3.5″L deck dimensions
8.75″ surface area
COPAG
.012″ card thickness
.625″ deck thickness, w/o jokers
2.483″W x 3.465″L deck dimensions
8.604″ surface area
BICYCLE
.011″ card thickness
.580″ deck thickness, w/o jokers
2.48″W x 3.475″L deck dimensions
8.618″ surface area
As you can see, the KEM deck is almost 12% thicker and 1.7% larger surface area than the COPAG deck, and 21% thicker and 1.6% larger surface area than a Bicycle deck. 21% thicker than a Bicycle deck is a big deal if you’re a smaller-handed dealer!
Here are my personal thoughts;
The COPAG’s feel slightly better when shuffling as the deck is slightly smaller, less weight and easier to handle for short fingers (like mine). The KEM’s numbering is smaller and much less blocky, and appear more like a traditional deck. The COPAG’s have larger (not Jumbo) lettering which is blocky. Both decks have visually pleasing and symmetrical backing designs. Both slide easily on felt and are very easy to riffle/shuffle. The COPAG’s have an attractive blue border around each face card picture, unlike the KEM’s black border. However, the red ink used on the KEM’s hearts and diamonds appear darker and a little higher quality than the COPAG’s. My cut cards more than fit the bottom of my COPAG deck. The opposite is true of the KEM deck, as the cut card is just a hair smaller than the deck. Also, the COPAG’s will fit inside any paper deck box, like Bicycle or Bee. The KEM’s will definitely NOT fit in a standard deck box.
If you’re switching from a paper plastic-coat deck like Bicycles, Bees or Motors, you’ll find the most physical similarities with the COPAG deck. Alternatively, you’ll find the most visual similarities with the KEM deck. The KEM deck has a well-known image on the ace of spades and is probably the most recognizable deck around (ie; Rounders).
Cost wise, I spent a few dollars more on my KEMs than I did the COPAGs. If I were to choose only one based on price, feel and aesthetics, I’d probably go for the COPAG deck.
Oh, I asked my wife which she liked better (as an uninformed observer) and she couldn’t really tell the difference between the KEM and COPAG decks. She did like the feel compared to a paper deck though. Then she beat my flopped straight by sucking out on the river with a low flush (I love you dear).
Bottom line, choose either one and you’ll be super happy you upgraded from the popular paper brands. I hope this helps in your decision!

Got as a gift for Dad, a poker player, and he said they’re just like the ones used in the casinos.
